— Our agreement
This English text is an informational translation. The French version (Conditions générales de vente) is the legally binding contract, governed by French law.
Last updated: June 29, 2026
These Terms of Sale (the "Terms") set out the conditions under which La Conciergerie Voyage, operated by Laura Noëll as a French micro-entreprise, provides tailor-made travel advisory services to its clients.
La Conciergerie Voyage is a Travel Planner.
We help clients design, plan and prepare their trips through a personal advisory service.
We are not a travel agency within the meaning of the French Tourism Code and we do not make bookings on behalf of our clients.
Placing an order means you fully accept these Terms.
Our services include:
Because every project is fully personalized, the exact scope of the service is agreed with each client before work begins.
Every project starts with a conversation to understand what you're looking for, how you travel, any constraints, and your budget.
From there, we build your itinerary step by step.
Unlike a traditional travel agency, our recommendations are not delivered as a single upfront quote.
Proposals evolve as we talk and are refined as often as needed until you're happy with the trip.
The goal is a trip that fits you exactly.
We reserve the right to charge an additional fee when a request requires a substantial reworking of the original project (change of destination, dates, length of stay, or any change that means starting the design work over).
Our fee is for our advisory work, nothing else.
It covers, in particular:
Our fee is completely separate from the cost of the trip itself.
We are never paid a commission on bookings. We are paid for the design and advisory work we do for you.
Our fees are stated in euros.
Because La Conciergerie Voyage operates under the French micro-entreprise regime, VAT does not apply (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
The applicable fee is the one in force when the service is confirmed.
Fees may change at any time for future projects, with no retroactive effect on services already ordered.
Work only begins once the requested deposit has been received.
Paying the deposit means you:
The balance is paid as agreed between the parties and, at the latest, before we hand over the final travel journal.
No final document is released before the full fee is settled.
Everything we produce is fully personalized to you.
Each project involves specific research, selection, analysis and design work done for a single client.
For that reason, our fee covers advisory work that begins the moment the deposit is received.
If the client cancels, withdraws, postpones or interrupts the project, sums already paid are non-refundable.
The client also remains liable for the balance of the agreed fee, even if they choose not to book some or all of the recommended services.
This reflects the fact that our fee pays for advisory work already done, not for bookings made later.
Postponement requests may be considered case by case, but La Conciergerie Voyage is not required to accept them.
La Conciergerie Voyage provides tailor-made travel advisory only.
We do not make any bookings, with airlines, hotels, local agencies, car-rental companies, guides, or any other provider.
Clients are entirely free to book, or not book, the services we recommend.
Bookings are made directly by the client, who contracts with each provider individually.
Payment for travel services is made directly to those providers.
La Conciergerie Voyage never acts as a financial intermediary.
Our recommendations reflect the availability and pricing found at the time of research.
Prices, room categories, flight schedules, availability and provider terms can change at any time before you actually book.
La Conciergerie Voyage cannot be held liable for these changes.
We encourage clients to book promptly to reduce the risk of changes.
To deliver the most relevant recommendations, La Conciergerie Voyage may draw on a network of Destination Experts.
These can be expats, guides, writers, tourism professionals or passionate locals who live on the ground.
Their input adds depth to some of our recommendations thanks to their firsthand knowledge.
The service, however, remains the sole responsibility of La Conciergerie Voyage.
La Conciergerie Voyage is bound by an obligation of means, not results.
We do everything we can to propose recommendations that fit each client and we select the providers we recommend with great care.
We cannot be held liable for:
The client remains solely responsible for the contracts entered into with each provider and for how those providers perform.
The client agrees to share accurate information about their project.
The client is responsible for checking:
La Conciergerie Voyage cannot be held liable for the consequences of inaccurate information provided by the client or for failure to meet administrative requirements.
The itineraries, travel journals, maps, texts, photographs, address selections, recommendations and, more generally, every document produced by La Conciergerie Voyage are original works protected by French intellectual-property law.
They are produced exclusively for the client they are delivered to.
Any reproduction, distribution, transmission to a third party, adaptation, commercial use or reuse, even in part, without the prior written consent of La Conciergerie Voyage is strictly prohibited.
Personal data is used only to prepare the trip, manage the client relationship and deliver the services offered.
Data is handled in line with the Privacy Policy on this site.
Clients have the right to access, correct, erase, object to, restrict processing of and receive their data in a portable format under the EU GDPR.
Requests can be sent to: contact@laconciergerievoyage.com
La Conciergerie Voyage cannot be held liable when a failure to meet its obligations is caused by an event of force majeure as defined by the French Civil Code and French case law.
Under Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, every consumer client has the right to a free consumer mediator to try to settle a dispute amicably.
The details of the relevant mediator will be shared on request or displayed on the site once appointed.
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
Any dispute regarding their interpretation or performance will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
If no agreement is reached, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
